We are based in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, where the BRICS Special Economic Zone China Cooperation Centre is located.
Why now
In October 2024 China announced a BRICS Special Economic Zone China Cooperation Centre. In February 2025 the Ministry of Commerce approved its location in Zhejiang, and it was unveiled in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, in March 2025.
Chinese digital exports have moved from individual companies improvising to something organised. We built the company for that shift rather than adapting to it.
Structure
Policy above, platforms in the middle, commercial operation on the ground. The layers exist so a project does not stall waiting for a resource nobody owns.
Under the guidance of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, with direct policy support and resource coordination. We work with Zhejiang University's Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and its College of Artificial Intelligence on overseas joint laboratories and AI training.
Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Group, which operates the Global Digital Trade Expo, gives priority support there and at overseas exhibitions. We draw planning and operating experience from the Hangzhou Embodied Intelligence Exhibition and Application Promotion Centre.
The Global Hub is the body and the two specialist centres are its wings. Everything runs commercially, which is what keeps the cost and the risk of going abroad down for the companies we work with.
Reach
Our partner network covers the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. It is made up of local government contacts, established business figures, overseas Chinese business associations and specialist service firms.
The Gulf is where the work is deepest today. The rest of the network is real but earlier, and we would rather say that than imply a presence we do not have.
