What we do with your data

When you send the form we receive your name, organisation, email, country, the option you selected and your message. That goes to info@evergoingglobal.com and we use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started.

We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. The form records your IP address briefly to stop automated abuse, and that record expires within ten minutes.

We would like to know which pages are read, so we use Google Analytics. Nothing loads until you accept: no script, no cookie, no measurement. If you decline, or ignore the banner, the site works exactly the same.

If you accept, we store one cookie holding your choice, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies. We ask again after six months. To change your mind sooner, clear this site's cookies in your browser.

The site is hosted on shared hosting in the United States. Standard server logs record requests, which includes IP addresses, and are kept by the host on its own schedule.

Email sent to us is stored on the same provider's mail servers. Our office is in Hangzhou, China, so people there read what you send.

Write to info@evergoingglobal.com and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within thirty days.
